What it's like to work with us
Epity is a boutique firm: three founding partners and a growing team of senior professionals. We don't have layers of middle management or internal politics. You work directly with partners and directly with clients.
Most of our engagements are with financial services companies across Central and Eastern Europe, with expanding reach into Western Europe. Roles range from embedded project management and PMO leadership to IT Ops optimization and support, business analysis, and security & compliance operations.
We offer long-term partnerships, not short gigs. We value reliability, autonomy, and honest communication above all else.
