Three leaders. One question:
why does mid-market always get the B-team?
We spent decades leading operations and transformations inside one of the largest banking groups in Central and Eastern Europe. We hired the Big 4. We managed their teams. We saw exactly when they sent the A-team and when they didn't.
When we started Epity, we made a deliberate choice: serve mid-size companies where senior expertise matters most but is hardest to get. The firms that are too complex for freelancers but don't warrant a 30-person consulting engagement. We bring the same calibre of leadership we once demanded from our own advisors, except we do the work ourselves.
Every company we work with is different, and we think that's the point. We don't arrive with a pre-built methodology and a hundred-slide playbook. We arrive curious, we adapt, and, unusual for consultants, we enjoy the process.
Leaders, Not Observers
Every engagement is led by a founding partner. You never get handed off to juniors learning on your budget. We've run these operations ourselves, that's the difference between advice and delivery.
Right-Sized Expertise
We work with companies where the problem is real but the budget doesn't justify a 30-person consulting team. Senior-only delivery, scoped to what you actually need, without the overhead you don't.
Anchor + Grow
We start small and prove results before expanding. Our best client relationships began with a single Health Check. If we deliver, we earn the next engagement. If we don't, we shouldn't.
The Greek word Epitychia means success.
Not the kind that comes from a slide deck, but from persistence, hard work, and learning from failure. We named the firm after it because that is exactly what we do with our clients: earn it.
