Jaroslav Masiar
Jaro brings over a decade of leadership experience in the financial sector across the CEE region leading complex technological deliveries, mergers, and transformation programs.Renowned for his ability to rescue troubled projects, Jaro excels at delivering measurable outcomes, achieving strategic objectives, and fostering collaboration. His leadership journey includes building and managing an international Project and Portfolio Management division of over 100 professionals, overseeing 150+ projects annually. Supported by Management studies at IESE Business School, Jaro combines technical expertise with empathy-driven leadership, creating motivated, high-performing teams even in high-pressure scenarios.
Jaro’s passion for turning executional and transformation challenges into achieving strategic objectives, coupled with his strong desire to apply his skills, knowledge, and experience for other client’s success, inspired him to start a close collaboration with his friend and seasoned colleague Tomislav, which led them to establish a boutique consulting company.
Tomislav Stena
With over 30 years in IT and 15+ years in financial services leadership, Tomislav is a seasoned executive with C-level experience. He founded and scaled a startup in Central Europe, integrating it into an international framework. Tomislav led major transformations as COO of Erste Bank Serbia, overseeing IT, operations, and digital banking. Known for strategic execution, he has managed large-scale projects, led multinational teams of 600, and delivered transformational changes.
Jaroslav and Tomislav have always known that the real magic in the company’s success comes from having awesome people on board. In their previous roles, they saw first-hand just how important it is to have a great culture, especially during moments of organisational change, crisis management, and the successful execution of complex projects. To strengthen EPITY’s leadership team in these key areas, they got in touch with Tomas Krebs. acting as manager in the HR area within an international scale-up, and a co-founder of a start-up in the field of company culture, to sprinkle some extra magic on EPITY’s journey.
Tomas Krebs
Tomas brings a human touch to spaces traditionally dominated by machines and numbers. With over 20 years of business experience, he has become a seasoned professional in the People and Culture field. He founded a startup dedicated to the identification and management of corporate culture and spent nearly four years as Head of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search Director within Slovakia's largest tech innovation ecosystem, overseeing the portfolio of companies under the Vacuum Group.

Story of our brand
Greek culture has gifted us with some of the brightest minds in history, including Aristotle, Socrates, and Plato. These philosophers strived for their own ‘Epitychia,’ which translates to success. Their dedication, hard work, and lifelong learning led them to both small and significant wins, but not without failures along their journey. However, their unwavering persistence, devotion, and faith ultimately led them to achieve their goals, because they learned from their failures and overcame them. We draw inspiration from their legacy and so we will strive for our own “Epitychia” with our clients on the journey ahead of us.
